Life is so busy and remembering anything other than your name, address, and sometimes your phone number is a relative miracle! Our mind goes in so many different directions that we have resorted to palm pilots, post-it notes, and alerts on our computers to remember what once was easily recalled just from memory. We forget to pick up our dry-cleaning, we forget doctor's appointments, and left-overs from last week in our refrigerators could be our child's next science experiment. And, if we are honest many times we forget about God. I mean, we know He is there...but do we really notice?

Have you ever had a moment when a smell, a voice, or a conversation will remind you of something that you had forgotten about long ago? The smell of roses reminds me of my Great Aunt Jettie, my husband's laughter reminds me of the first time I met him, and I had a conversation with my Grandmother a couple of year's ago that reminded her of why she loves Milky Way candy bars! What reminds you of God? In Isaiah 6:3b it says, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory." I have found that God speaks to me through moments in my life that might otherwise pass by unnoticed as just a part of life as usual! This blog is about those moments...the moments when the earth is full of His glory and it reminds me that He is near!
