movies I must admit, I watch a lot of chick flicks with Candi. I can’t stand cheesy romantic comedies or ridiculous horror movies. Most inspiring movie… Brave Heart. Most captivating… Lord of the Rings trilogy. Most eye-opening… Hotel Rwanda. Makes me laugh the most… Mr. Deeds
My favorite thing about First Church is that this church family is so open to change. I love how our older folks have gotten behind a vision to reach out to younger folks. It has allowed us to be an inter-generational church family. It’s a beautiful thing.
how I met Jesus: The summer before 9th grade, I went to a music festival up in the Pennsylvania mountains; kind of a Christian Woodstock. I grew up in a Christian home, but it didn't make sense to me until that moment. Since then I’ve had this awesome journey with Jesus.
random fact about myself: During a sermon I accidentally flipped off the whole graduating class of St Joe High School during the Baccalaureate Ceremony of 1990.
