As agreed to earlier, I am no longer listening to music in the car, so I’m on my way to work and I pass Quizno’s, and notice the sign saying “large sub for $5”, which makes me think they are competing with subways five dollar footlong deal. Next thing I know, I’ve been driving for 5 minutes with that stinking .”five dollar footlong” jingle playing in my internal i-pod. Dang, I just wasted half my way to work singing a stupid annoying song over and over. I hate that song. I’m reminded of a scripture, can’t remember where it’s found, “so I take captive every thought…” something like that. God, help me take control of my mind, and take captive every thought for you.
