MOSAIC RESALE STORE Offers a full-retail shopping experience for neighbors in need as well as the trendy bargain shopper. Current needs are: help with inventory, sales and the kids play area.
 THE PROM SCHOOLS OF HOPE   Schools of Hope is a free after-school literaacy program for students in 1st-3rd-grade who attend International Academy at Hull School (formerly, Sorter Elementary). Hours are Monday-Thursday, 4-6pm, however your start time is flexible. If you are interested in volunteering, either  in a classroom or with administration, contact Pastor Brian Bennett of Overflow Church.
 THE PROM THE PROM: an evening with the stars   A special evening to elevate and celebrate teens and adults with special needs was held at First Church. Watch the website for our next Prom.
 
PARTNERING with LOCAL AGENCIES  First Church is committed to supporting the resources that local agencies provide.  
 Compassion Team FIRST CHURCH COMMUNITY CARE TEAM  This team exists to address the financial needs of those outside the walls of the church. Could God be calling you to be a part of the team? For more information  Contact Jenny Fry.
  BENTON HARBOR SOUP KITCHEN   is an independent non-profit corporation that serves a healthy noon-time meal every day of the year. It is staffed by volunteers from churches, clubs, businesses and schools who prepare and serve the meals.

BENTON HARBOR STREET MINISTRY GED Program is in need of some volunteers. Opportunities to serve are helping teachers to grade papers, assisting with clerical work, and tutoring students as they work on their GED certificates. The Street Ministry is open M-Th, 9am-12:30pm and flexible volunteer hours are available. To volunteer email Diane Youngstedt or call: hm 269 428-2787; cell 269 313-2284.
