Much of my day is spent at the computer. I often fall into a trance, hypnotized by my monitor screen. You know what I'm talking about, don't you? So the bell prayer is huge, helping me break of a trance, to be reunited with the Father.
But setting my phone to ring every hour does not guarantee success. When it goes off, I am still tempted to finish an e-mail first or continue typing an important document. It takes a committent to stay on track with it. Today has been a good day; almost every time I stopped what I was doing immediately to pray!
And the most amazing moments come when I move out of my chair and give God a good ten minutes or so. Incredible! ZZZZZRRRRRRR oh, time to pray again.
