mingling prayer

O God, you are here, so real in this place. Voices lift passionately... "You've stolen my heart, yes You have. Wiped away the stains, broke away the chains..." We've all broken free from things that have held us back. Severed strings now lay on altars as reminders of this new found freedom.

"In Your freedom I will live! In Your freedom I will live!"

A spontaneous idea to close out the weekend... a mingling prayer. We mingle around the room, laying a hand on someones shoulder, whispering a prayer of blessing over them. There is such a sweet Spirit in this place. No giggling, no talking. Just 160 people, mostly middle school kids, passionately praying for one another in holy hushed voices. It goes on and on. I have never seen anything like this. Just amazing.

Absolutely awesome! I am so amazed at how you've become such an open conduit of God's love and His Spirit. How I long for such intimacy with Him! Thank you for showing us that it is possible...
