Okay, you really won't hear from me for a while. Tomorrow I leave with my family for a three day get-a-way. We're staying at a friends cabin. Nice. We get back late, and then I'm off the next morning to a camp in West Virginia. Then a week later I'll go straight from there to meet up with our high school group for a back packing trip in the Rockies. No access to a computer at any of these places, but I'll keep writing while I'm away and post later.
My goal through these next few weeks is to try to stick to the basics... waking prayer, scripture memory, door post prayer, breathing prayer, people prayer, and sleeping prayer. My experience so far this summer has only confirmed how difficult it is for me to deepen my intimacy with God duing the crazy summer months. So this will be a good experiment, to see if the next few weeks can provide some positive results, even though my life rythmn will be drastically different. I'll let you know how it goes.
