Pastoral Care Connection
The First Church Pastoral Care Connection is a team of forty people who focus on one-on-one visitation, support and care to members of the church who are home-bound or residents in nursing or extended care facilities.
Home visits occur once a month with an additional contact 2 - 3 times during the month via phone calls, notes and cards. The dedicated team provides a one-year commitment to the ministry and is sometimes a team of couples or parent/child.
