Trip to Battle Creek | Sept 27, 2011 On Tuesday, September 27, Prime Timers go to Battle Creek to join other Church of God congregations from across Michigan for an inspirational and fun day!
We will go to North Avenue COG in the morning for a time of worship and inspiration. Rev. Tom and Jean Tufts will lead us in worship. Dr. Robert Dulin, a retired pastor from our large church in Detroit will share a meaningful message with us. Dr. Dulin spoke last year at a similar event and was outstanding-you will enjoy him!
After lunch at the church we will go to Binder Park Zoo. You may walk at your own pace, as much or as little as you want, and enjoy this real treat!
Total cost for the day is $27 per person (includes: morning worship, lunch, zoo admission and transportation). Registration deadline is Monday, September 19.
Prime Time MYSTERY Trip | August 22, 2011
Set aside Monday, August 22 for a full day of fun at two locations. FC older adults will leave at 7:30am to travel to our first mystery destination for a unique lunch at a special location. Then, we will be off to our second mystery point of interest and inspiration. We will return home around 6pm.
Cost for the day is $18 per person, plus the cost of lunch at a reasonable price, under $10. Register deadline is August 8.
