Middle School and High School students are important at First Church. And because of that, we have two full-time pastors who spend their time focusing exclusively on middle school & high school students, plus additional staff members supporting the pastors and students.
If you're in middle school or high school, feel free to come to worship with your family or friends at our Saturday and Sunday services. That's where you'll see people like you. But stepping beyond that, weekly we have:
MIDDLE SCHOOL:
D-Groups: Wednedays, 6:30 - 8:30, in the Life Center, Attic and scattered in most corners of the church. Get to know Chris Spitters, the student ministries pastor who leads D-groups on Wednesday evenings face-to-face, through email or you can find him on facebook.
HIGH SCHOOL:
CORE: Sundays, 6:30 - 7:30 in the Attic, located in the basement
Want some ideas on first steps? Try the 11 a.m. Sunday service called Higher Ground. Randy Bennett, the high school pastor is usually at that service. Stop by the welcome center next to Higher Ground and someone can connect you to him if he's not already standing there. Or feel free to email him ahead of time. He's also on facebook.
You'll also find out that we have a LOT more going beyond the weekly gatherings. Check out our Middle School and High School pages!
